We’re Bradley and Elizabeth! “Foodies” doesn’t quite seem to fit the bill when describing ourselves. The term is overused and lost its allure. We’re more… food obsessed. Lying in bed with our eyes closed each night, we fantasize about the following day’s meals… What will we make? How can it be better? Gosh, wouldn’t it be lovely to make some homemade pasta? Or tortillas for some bomb ass tacos? The constant rush of racing thoughts–beurre blanc sauces and sizzling carnitas and the steam after opening the lid to perfectly cooked jasmine rice–keeps us up at night. After drifting to sleep, our dreams keep our thoughts at peace until the morning where the next question comes: What’s for breakfast?
